Week 1 - Weigh In

Week 1 has come and gone.
I didn't change anything this week.
I didn't write down what I eat.
I didn't exercise much more than usual.

and ...

I didn't lose weight.
Infact, as I wear my fat pants on this weigh in Tuesday, I feel no change.  But the results are really sad.

Week 1 Weigh In: 182 (bigger sigh than last week)
Results: GAIN of 1.8

Can I really expect much else?  Did you see all of my "I didn't" statements?
So what are my "I Did" statements going to look like to get this done... to get me on the right track?
Well, that's what I have created this blog.  I will upload what I eat, possibly with pictures because I hear it's more convicting that way.  I will log my progress with weigh in's and exercise.

Feel free to comment anytime (if anyone is reading).

The Beginning

I was in the lunchroom today attending to a fundraiser for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.  I had received emails about the Weight Watchers @Work (WW@W) program through our company email, but I was not planning on signing up this time, though I had participated in the past.  However, with the circumstances of my fat pants fitting (I wore them to work that day) and being in the wrong place at the right time, I joined the WW@W program once again.

Beginning weight: 180.2 (sigh)
